What is the difference between a Warranty and a Guarantee?

A Warranty works on a pro rata basis, which means that if it is a 10 Year Warranty, and something happens to the springs after 5 years, then the customer is asked to pay for half the cost; with a guarantee, the cost is covered to have it fixed, except for the freight.

How do I know I will be happy with it in a couple of weeks?

It takes your body at least a month to get used to a new mattress. If you find that you are not happy after that, like most retailers we will offer to upgrade your mattress.

How can our prices be lower than anyone else?

Because we work out of a shed/warehouse, (we don’t have a shop front), we don’t have the overheads that the big retailers have, and we can pass those savings onto you, the customer.
